🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the KYC/AML analyst team
• Manage onboarding, update, and monitoring for B2B clients
• Review and approve high-risk or complex client files
• Define and track team KPIs (quality, timeliness, SLA)

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in KYC, AML/CFT or compliance
• 1-2 years leading teams
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial institutions
• Experience with corporate banking clients

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of OFAC sanctions lists
• Experience with LexisNexis, Refinitiv or similar KYC/AML tools
• Advanced Excel and database management
