You'll lead the Finance team at a leading German FinTech, driving strategic financial objectives and serving as the main contact for auditors. You will oversee group IFRS statements and develop new financial models.

• Lead Finance team (Accounting, Controlling, Financial Statements)
• Develop and implement financial strategic goals
• Serve as main contact for auditors and negotiate contracts
• Prepare group IFRS financial statements and evaluate investments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in auditing
• 3 years in a senior financial leadership role
• Experience with capital market-oriented companies
