You'll join a 24/7/365 support team assisting healthcare professionals with clinical communication and scheduling software. You'll field inquiries via phone, chat, and portal, troubleshoot message delivery and connectivity issues, and help configure applications to meet workflow needs. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online portal
- Train end users on PerfectServe phone, mobile, and web applications
- Troubleshoot message delivery and content issues to identify root causes
- Consult, design, configure, and deploy custom applications for workflow needs
- Collaborate with internal teams on escalated technical issues
๐ Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Access to high-speed internet and ability to start June 8, 2026
