💼 About This Role

You'll analyze and establish strategies for recovering accounts receivable, applying charges and credits in the collections system to obtain reliable reports. You'll manage a portfolio of about 350 clients with overdue balances under 60 days, ensuring monthly recovery goals are met. This is a 100% remote position at a Y Combinator-backed fintech startup in Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review accounts receivable reconciliations with clients.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 350 clients with overdue balances under 60 days.
• Ensure monthly portfolio recovery based on established objectives.
• Analyze and correctly apply payment receipts, identifying discrepancies.
• Generate and update client account statements.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a similar collections role.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel (pivot tables, analysis formulas, KPI tracking).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Spanish fluency.
