🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of ML models from prototyping to deployment
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business on data science projects
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Science with 1-2 years leadership experience
• Deep expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistics
• Expert-level Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Experience in B2B, marketplace, travel, or e-commerce industries
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in quantitative field
