You'll serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for global business units in a fast-growing, remote-first tech company. You'll shape people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability across multiple regions, with deep focus on EMEA employment compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Align people strategy with business objectives for global business units.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure fair resolution.
  • Own regional employment compliance across Spain and EMEA.

  • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, CBAs, and equality plans.
  • Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA countries.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.

  • Experience in remote-first, high-growth, globally distributed organizations.
  • Familiarity with Workday and HR analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
