You'll serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for global business units in a fast-growing, remote-first tech company. You'll shape people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability across multiple regions, with deep focus on EMEA employment compliance.
π― What You'll Do
- Align people strategy with business objectives for global business units.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure fair resolution.
- Own regional employment compliance across Spain and EMEA.
π Requirements
- 3β4+ years of progressive HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
- Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, CBAs, and equality plans.
- Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA countries.
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.

- Experience in remote-first, high-growth, globally distributed organizations.
- Familiarity with Workday and HR analytics tools.
- Bachelorβs degree in HR or related field.
