💼 About This Role

You'll run end-to-end payroll and sales compensation for a lean finance team at Antithesis, a deep-tech company reinventing software reliability. You'll ensure accurate, timely pay and compliance while creating leverage for the Controller through ad hoc growth projects. This hands-on operator role offers the chance to build scalable infrastructure in a fast-growing startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end payroll cycles with accurate deductions, filings, and reconciliations.
• Calculate sales commissions and variable compensation from plan documents.
• Administer corporate credit card and expense programs.
• Support AP bill processing, coding, and payment scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on payroll, comp ops, or AP experience.
• Experience owning multi-state U.S. payroll and variable comp calculations.
• Proficiency in modern payroll/HRIS tools (e.g., Gusto, Rippling, ADP).
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Sheets) for modeling and reconciliations.

• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Familiarity with international payroll via EORs or local providers.
• Knowledge of sales commission plan administration.
