💼 About This Role

You'll lead ERP integrations and financial workflow alignment for high-growth clients. You'll drive successful onboarding and adoption of Tabs' AI-native revenue platform, directly impacting customer success and long-term value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to navigate complex accounting requirements and ensure seamless ERP integrations.
• Map customer business processes to Tabs' product offering and guide them through system integrations.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment for complex implementations.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with engineering to find scalable solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in implementation or customer onboarding at early-stage startups.
• Strong technical acumen to assess customer tech stacks and design advanced workflows.
• Experience integrating ERPs such as NetSuite or Sage (nice to have).
• Background in finance and accounting software; Big Four or CPA certification a plus.
