You'll build early-career talent pipelines and conduct structured recruiter screens for a Series C health tech startup. You'll own candidate assessment and offer conversations, helping shape a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through close.

  • Conduct high-volume structured screens with university candidates
  • Assess candidate alignment on core criteria and long-term fit
  • Own offer negotiations and guide candidates through close
  • Maintain organized pipelines with accurate tracking and follow-up

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting early-career or university talent
  • Comfortable managing high-volume candidate interactions
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Ashby preferred)
