You'll build early-career talent pipelines and conduct structured recruiter screens for a Series C health tech startup. You'll own candidate assessment and offer conversations, helping shape a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through close.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume structured screens with university candidates
- Assess candidate alignment on core criteria and long-term fit
- Own offer negotiations and guide candidates through close
- Maintain organized pipelines with accurate tracking and follow-up
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting early-career or university talent
- Comfortable managing high-volume candidate interactions
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Ashby preferred)

- Experience at a startup or agency environment
- Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons
