💼 About This Role

You'll own the CRM Bulk Import pipeline end-to-end, designing stateless proxy services and async workers that pull data from external CRMs. Your work will enable customers to import millions of records cleanly into the platform. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape a critical data on-ramp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design orchestration workers for bulk import pipeline
• Build stateless proxy services (NestJS) for third-party CRM APIs
• Ensure idempotency, retries, and partial-failure resumption
• Improve performance for millions of records per import

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building production backend systems at scale
• Experience with Node.js (NestJS) or Go in production
• Track record of owning services end-to-end (design through on-call)
• Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs (OAuth, pagination, rate limits)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building bulk import/ETL/data-migration systems
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho APIs
• Deep experience with Pub/Sub, Kafka, Redis, or MongoDB
