You'll drive strategic growth initiatives within a fast-evolving fintech and cross-border payments environment, building and expanding relationships with high-value clients across global trade, fintech, and financial services. Your work will directly contribute to unlocking new economic opportunities for businesses operating across borders.

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with fintechs and global trade operators.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across target markets.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to post-sale coordination.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams on customer needs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years experience in business development within fintech, payments, or crypto.
  • Proven track record managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of stablecoins and blockchain applications in payments.
  • Professional network within cross-border payments or fintech ecosystem.

  • Portuguese language skills.
