💼 About This Role

You'll join Coupang's CLS EHS team to manage health and safety for logistics sites, ensuring compliance with Korean occupational health laws. Your core impact is preventing workplace illnesses and injuries. This role is a 1-year maternity leave replacement contract at the Changwon 1 Camp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply and manage Korean industrial safety and health regulations at sites.
• Manage health screening follow-ups and provide health education.
• Identify and improve musculoskeletal risk factors.
• Investigate occupational diseases and develop corrective measures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health science, nursing, or related field
• Industrial hygienist certificate or registered nurse license
• 3+ years in health management or occupational health (1+ year for nurses)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Experience in distribution, logistics, construction, or manufacturing EHS
• Experience in health management planning and system improvement
• Experience collaborating with multiple sites and stakeholders
