Description

You will drive external storytelling for Anthropic's research and model training work, crafting narratives that make frontier AI research accessible. You will launch major research publications, create thought leadership opportunities for executives, and build relationships with science journalists.

Requirements

• 8+ years communications experience, ideally in science, research, or deep-tech storytelling
• Strong record of building proactive communications campaigns around technical work
• Excel at translating complex technical concepts into compelling messaging
• Excellent media relations with reporters covering tech, science, research
• Experience working with researchers, scientists, or engineers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies across research portfolio (interpretability, alignment, etc.)
• Lead launch moments for major research publications, papers, and milestones
• Create thought leadership opportunities for research executives
• Build and maintain relationships with key science and technology journalists
• Serve as trusted comms partner to research leads and senior stakeholders
