• Lead internal communications and engagement campaigns for chauffeurs.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Design and manage incentive and recognition programs.
• Support high-profile events operationally with chauffeur participation.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for exceptional customer service in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
• Data-driven and methodical approach with ability to interpret data.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable using software like SQL, Google Suite, Notion, Intercom.
