💼 About This Role

You'll partner with OpenAI's largest Financial Services customers to ensure they achieve business value from our AI models. You'll drive pre-sales strategy, guide AI adoption, and recommend architectural patterns for integration. This role spans technical advisory, demos, and customer advocacy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver pre-sales technical expertise to Financial Services prospects
• Build and present demos showcasing OpenAI product value
• Create documentation and FAQs for pre-sales processes
• Develop customer relationships and relay feedback to product teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales or similar role
• 3+ years selling to Financial Services customers
• Experience managing C-level relationships with global organizations
• Foundational training in Python or Javascript

✨ Nice to Have

• Prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
• Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
• Experience with security and compliance support for B2B SaaS
