Description

You will provide high-quality primary care to patients aged 18+, managing both acute and chronic conditions in a value-based care model. You will coordinate patient care, supervise nurse practitioners, and work in a fully outpatient clinic with a dedicated support team.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from accredited school
• Board certified or board eligible
• State license to practice medicine in Texas
• Prior clinic or urgent care experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality healthcare, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans
• Order lab tests, imaging, and prescribe medications
• Supervise nurse practitioners
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
