Description

You will lead the operational and visual strategy in the store, focusing on inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and visual execution to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times. You'll investigate inventory accuracy issues, champion visual standards, and coordinate labor to efficiently receive deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with General Manager
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using business performance data
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours for product deliveries
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation
