You'll manage full-cycle early-career hiring for internships and new grads at a leading cybersecurity company. You'll own relationships with universities and community partners, driving university recruiting events and intern program experience. This remote role lets you flex into broader talent projects and explore AI tools to improve efficiency.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all internship cohorts
- Coordinate interviews and extend offers to candidates
- Plan and execute campus and virtual recruiting events
- Own intern program experience from onboarding to graduation
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years of experience in emerging talent or campus recruitment
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle early-career hiring across functions
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby)
- Strong organizational rigour to keep pipelines clean and moving
