Lead the Platform Engineering team at Scandit, owning cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will bring structure and clarity to planning, drive cross-team initiatives in security and compliance, and continuously improve engineering velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading teams
• 3+ years software engineering experience
• Experience leading DevOps/SRE or platform teams in cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, GitLab)
• Strong project and program management skills
• Experience leading distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Platform Engineering team
• Own and improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive cross-team initiatives in security and compliance
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, and progress reporting (OKRs)
• Identify bottlenecks and improve engineering velocity
