You'll drive compliance strategic initiatives across Payoneer's complex environment, partnering with teams like Growth and Operations. You'll lead large-scale programs, improve the department's operating model, and serve as a central coordination point between Compliance and other departments. This role offers the opportunity to impact global financial platform operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution of strategic compliance projects
• Coordinate between Compliance and other departments for transparency
• Oversee development and communication of key metrics
• Provide high-level reporting and progress updates to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with at least 2 in Program or Project Management
• Hold a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work independently with broad guidance
• Strong problem-solving skills to drill down to root cause
