Description

You'll set technical direction for the Supply Tech group at GetYourGuide, designing and evolving scalable backend systems that power supplier-facing workflows. You will lead cross-team execution on complex initiatives, translate business needs into technical strategy, and mentor engineers to raise engineering craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, including complex business-critical backend systems.
• Proven technical leadership: setting direction and driving execution across teams.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring, end-to-end backend feature delivery.
• Experience with scalable service-oriented/distributed architectures.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL.
