Description

You will coordinate drone production by tracking parts through the manufacturing flow, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate MRP/ERP/MES data. You'll work cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory teams to support cutting-edge drone hardware production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics
• 2+ years experience supporting administrative processes
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent)
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate physical movement of parts across receiving, stock rooms, and work centers
• Ensure MRP/ERP/MES data accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Develop reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints
• Support work order management and material certification activities
