🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new clients in Japan and Asia.
- Negotiate and close deals with financial institutions and travel customers.
- Generate revenue and achieve pre-agreed targets on flows and profitability.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and map accounts.
📋 Requirements
- 5-10+ years in business development or sales in Payments, FinTech, or Banking.
- Strong track record of outperforming commercial targets in past sales roles.
- Ability to independently source deals in financial institutions and travel customers.
- Go-to-Market experience in Japan.
