🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute analytical assays for cell and gene therapy programs
• Lead outsourced analytical development at CRO partners
• Define analytical approaches and success criteria for translational studies
• Author CRO scopes of work, timelines, and budgets

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 5+ years or Bachelor's/MS with 8+ years relevant experience
• 4+ years in analytical development in biotech or pharma
• Hands-on experience with ddPCR, MSD, ELISA, Flow, NGS
• Experience managing outsourced analytical work at CROs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulatory BioA environment (GCP, GLP)
• Experience with clinical development and site management
• Experience with assay validation and qualification
