Requirements

• Veterinary degree and license to practice in NJ
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills
• Excellent communication and client-oriented mindset
• Ability to balance clinical duties with administrative responsibilities
• Experience in urgent or primary care preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality veterinary care by all team members
• Mentor and develop Associate Veterinarians through coaching and feedback
• Address performance issues to maintain a high-performing team
• Conduct regular doctor and team meetings to strengthen hospital culture
• Partner with Clinic Manager to handle client complaints and improve experience
