💼 About This Role

You'll oversee site management for clinical studies in Mexico, ensuring patient safety and data quality. You'll handle monitoring visits, regulatory compliance, and mentorship of junior staff. This role offers the opportunity to travel and work with a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage site start-up procedures including feasibility and regulatory submissions
• Conduct all types of site visits: pre-study, initiation, routine, and close-out
• Review investigator site file for accuracy and reconcile with trial master file
• Identify site risks and escalate to Clinical Trial Manager with contingencies

📋 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in scientific or healthcare discipline
• 5 years or more of experience as a CRA
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations
