Description

You will lead production planning for a German factory, coordinating material and capacity planning to ensure timely availability of finished goods. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments to meet volume and timing requirements for branded products.

Requirements

• University degree in Business administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in planning, ideally capacity production planning and/or purchasing
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Solid SAP knowledge (preferably SAP S/4HANA – PP/MM)
• Business-fluent German and English

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid solutions for production or supply disruptions
• Monitor and analyse key KPIs (Out-of-Stock, Days on Hand)
• Lead, coach and develop a planning team of 7 employees
• Own production plan including capacity planning and alignment with Production
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes through automation and redesign
