💼 About This Role

You'll join Weaviate's cloud team to improve user onboarding and activation for our AI-native vector database. You'll own the full product loop from instrumenting usage data to shipping and measuring features that drive growth. This role combines engineering, UX, and growth in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and iterate on PLG features like onboarding flows and expansion paths
• Identify friction in user journey and instrument metrics to drive improvements
• Talk to users to build empathy and surface insights beyond data
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Documentation teams on cohesive UX

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of engineering experience (full-stack or frontend-leaning)
• Strong frontend skills with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and deploying production applications
• Solid product intuition to determine what to build and why

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with product-led growth initiatives
• Instrumentation of analytics and event tracking
• Knowledge of No/SQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB
