You'll take end-to-end ownership of the order lifecycle for a luxury fashion platform, from procurement to delivery. You'll maintain rigorous documentation and coordinate with teams across merchandising, finance, and engineering. This role offers real ownership in a small, high-performance team serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end order lifecycle: procurement, payment, vendor communication, dispatch tracking
• Maintain real-time documentation and proof uploads for every order
• Verify critical data (SKUs, pricing, shipping) to eliminate gaps
• Proactively resolve bottlenecks across teams and provide structured shift handovers

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in operations, order management, or logistics
• Detail orientation: catch what others miss and ensure accurate work
• Clear communication: concise, data-backed updates with context
• Tech comfort: comfortable with order management systems and reporting bugs
