You will perform complex repairs, preventative maintenance, and mentor junior technicians in an apartment community setting. Your work ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trade
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA/HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Complete preventative maintenance per company guidelines
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in readiness
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Mentor and lead junior maintenance technicians
