🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer success initiatives including pilots, deployments, and renewals
• Act as liaison between customers and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Coordinate global technology deployments with customers and partners
• Analyze customer data to support operational improvement

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Account Management experience in SaaS or manufacturing tech
• Technical knowledge of Python, APIs, scripting, and databases
• Experience coordinating technical deployment initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets

• Experience in manufacturing operations, IoT, or industrial environments
