You'll lead a cafe team to deliver exceptional hospitality and coffee experiences at Blue Bottle Coffee. Your core impact includes managing P&L, developing team members, and driving business growth in a creative, community-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide coaching and feedback to baristas for growth and excellence.
• Manage cafe P&L and create action plans to meet revenue and cost goals.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to boost community engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain high standards for drink and food quality across all offerings.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience (food & beverage preferred).
• 2+ years of store management experience as a full-time employee.
• Financial literacy including understanding of financial statements.
• Must have fire prevention or food hygiene manager certification.

• Barista experience not required; training provided.
