In this part-time freelance role, you will align IXL English language arts content to state and international educational standards and curriculum resources. Your work will help teachers across the nation design lessons and track student progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, education, or related field
• 1+ years experience aligning content to state standards
• Strong knowledge of K-12 education terminology
• Strong knowledge of English grammar
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret state educational standards and curriculum documents
• Identify IXL skills that best meet standards or textbook goals
• Analyze progressions of skills and standards across grade levels
• Format alignments as Google spreadsheets
• Collaborate with curriculum designers to determine best alignments
