🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
  • Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues.
  • Work with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics for go-to-market strategies.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building relationships with tech and HCM partners in the SMB space.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota driven sales environment.
  • Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days/week.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity using Salesforce to manage sales cycles preferred.
