You will lead Aiven's AI transformation strategy, driving the shift in how the company operates by establishing an AI enablement practice and setting frameworks to measure progress. This role involves partnering with all functions to implement AI efficiencies, owning AI tooling and infrastructure, and fostering a culture that rethinks how work is accomplished.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for Aiven's AI transformation and be a role model for the change.
• Lead the internal AI transformation to ensure the shift in how we operate happens faster.
• Establish an AI enablement practice to support different functions through the change.
• Set the frameworks to quantify investments and measure progress holistically throughout the organization.
• Partner with all functions to define and implement AI utilization and efficiencies across core business standards.
• Partner with product to ensure product strategy reflects the new paradigm.
• Partner with security to ensure all is done swiftly while maintaining infosec standards.
• Own the outcomes around AI tooling and infrastructure.
• Assess current tools and resources, evaluate utilization rates, and make recommendations.
• Lead company-wide context management practices.
• Evaluate core operational systems for interoperability with agents and plan their future.
