You'll assist with apartment turnover at a student housing property, performing maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a seamless move-in and move-out experience for residents. Your work will directly impact the quality of our communities and resident satisfaction.

• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean

• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform frequent physical movement
