💼 About This Role

You'll join Workato's Partner Success department as the first regional hire in EMEA, owning a portfolio of partners and acting as their strategic advisor. You'll drive partners to deliver high-quality results for customers while expanding their Workato practice. This role offers the chance to build and scale a global partner function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with key leaders within partner organizations.
• Conduct partner QBRs and health reviews.
• Monitor partner-led projects, support escalations, and track metrics.
• Advise on practice structure, offerings, and services methodology.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in partner success or services delivery roles.
• Track record of scaling partner practices and delivering customer outcomes.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency or business proficiency in French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish.
• Experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.
