You'll lead training programs for veterinary assistants and technicians in an emergency hospital setting. Your work directly builds confidence and careers in emergency medicine. This role blends hands-on mentoring with strategic development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to identify training needs
• Assess assistants and technicians through direct observation
• Drive advancement through VEG's Cultivate program
• Implement training programs and serve as training lead

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT)
• High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine
• Willingness to travel to other VEG hospitals in region

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology preferred
• VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia a plus
• Previous training experience preferred
