You'll drive technical execution for market expansion on Aurora's International team, building extensible and reliable systems for solar professionals. You'll strengthen the platform through new initiatives and own what you build from architecture to incident response. This hybrid role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver improvements across existing systems and greenfield initiatives
• Build scalable, secure services designed for long-term performance and reliability
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, then execute with precision
• Own observability, incident response, and on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building high-quality software in production environments
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience designing APIs and modeling relational data
• Fluency in written and spoken English
