Description
You will own the design, project management, and execution of how Bringg drives new business pipeline from target account awareness through active deal support. You'll coordinate ABM, demand gen, and sales as a single integrated motion, designing plays, running campaigns, and holding the team accountable to the plan. This is a senior IC role stepping into an early-stage ABM program with a clear mandate to build it into a mature, intent-driven pipeline engine.
Requirements
- 7+ years B2B marketing experience with 3-4+ years owning ABM and/or demand generation in enterprise tech or SaaS
- Demonstrated AI fluency using AI to automate workflows and accelerate output
- Strong project management instincts for multi-channel campaigns
- Proven track record designing coordinated account-based marketing programs
- Experience with Demandbase, HubSpot, and multi-channel campaign execution
Responsibilities
- Design coordinated plays aligning marketing activity with sales outreach
- Define full-funnel campaign strategies mapped to buying process stages
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, content syndication, email, webinars, and events
- Own Demandbase strategy and configuration for account prioritization and intent signal activation
- Manage campaign calendar as coordination forcing function across marketing, SDR, and AE activity
