💼 About This Role

You'll build and activate strategic regional partnerships to grow source-verified fiber supply and market access for a tech-enabled circular wood economy. Your work directly scales traceable lumber throughput and develops long-term relationships across suppliers, mills, and executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage partnerships with suppliers and mills.
• Travel regionally to support partner engagement and troubleshoot.
• Provide market insights and operational intelligence to teams.
• Oversee a Coordinator and provide operational guidance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in forestry, lumber, or related supply chain operations.
• Hands-on timber experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally 5-15 days per quarter.
• Ability to engage across levels from on-the-ground to executive.

• Familiarity with log species, tree ID, timber grading.
• Experience in operations, logistics, or partnerships.
• Softwood lumber market knowledge.
