Description

You will oversee end-to-end packaging development for apparel, footwear, and accessories, collaborating with internal teams to create functional, premium packaging that aligns with brand standards and global regulations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in packaging for footwear accessories or product development
• Proven expertise in packaging negotiation, vendor management, and knowledge of industry suppliers
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Source and develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand and product experience
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure packaging reflects brand identity
• Ensure all packaging meets global regulatory standards with Legal and Product Integrity teams
• Develop and approve packaging items within GTM calendar and support seasonal readiness
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for cost-effective, sustainable solutions and manage packaging requests
