You'll administer global equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, ESPP) and support compensation design and analysis at a leading gaming company. Your work will ensure accurate equity operations and competitive compensation strategies that attract top talent.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluations using Radford and Mercer
- Analyze pay data to support salary ranges, pay equity, and offer decisions
- Administer equity transactions (RSUs, PSUs, ESPP) via Fidelity NetBenefits
- Support annual compensation cycle including merit increases and bonus allocations
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of compensation experience in mid-sized companies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Working knowledge of compensation structures and market pricing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Fidelity NetBenefits
