You'll administer global equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, ESPP) and support compensation design and analysis at a leading gaming company. Your work will ensure accurate equity operations and competitive compensation strategies that attract top talent.

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluations using Radford and Mercer
  • Analyze pay data to support salary ranges, pay equity, and offer decisions
  • Administer equity transactions (RSUs, PSUs, ESPP) via Fidelity NetBenefits
  • Support annual compensation cycle including merit increases and bonus allocations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of compensation experience in mid-sized companies
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Working knowledge of compensation structures and market pricing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Fidelity NetBenefits
