Description

You will lead the Game Machine Learning team, working with data scientists and engineers to deliver products like matchmaking, recommenders, and personalization systems for League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics. You will manage day-to-day production, set team direction, clear blockers, and ensure sustainable delivery while collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large technical teams
• Experience working closely with Machine Learning teams
• Experience applying Agile/Lean processes like Scrum, Kanban, or XP
• Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and leading estimation

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day team production operations and development processes
• Facilitate team commitments and ensure successful delivery through project management
• Troubleshoot delivery risks by reviewing release plans and roadmaps
• Own team work system including rituals, tracking, reporting, and partner management
• Partner with ML Engineering Lead and Product lead to resource projects and monitor team health
