💼 About This Role

You'll provide 24/7/365 help desk support for Air Force systems at Gunter AFB. You'll troubleshoot and document technical issues in Remedy Ticket Management System. This role supports critical missions with a high-ops tempo.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide help desk support via phone/email for supported applications.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer technical issues using available resources.
  • Document and cradle-to-grave manage tickets in Remedy system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with detailed customer information.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience in technical support for network, desktop, or systems hardware/software.
  • U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain Secret-level clearance.
  • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/certifications.
  • IAT Level II Certification.
  • Experience with MRO, BESPIN, CMOS, LOGMOD, IMDS, or Air Force Portal.
