Description

You will design and implement robust testing strategies and automation solutions for complex product features, owning the end-to-end automation roadmap for one or more modules. You'll collaborate with engineers, TPMs, and product leaders to scale quality efforts, and influence testing best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SDET contributions and tooling
• Advanced proficiency in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and debugging techniques
• Strong command over algorithms, data structures, database and scripting languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or Java)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance tools, and monitoring systems
• Deep understanding of API and backend testing, ideally with AWS and systems like Kafka or Kinesis

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks and testing strategies for complex cross-team features
• Own automation roadmap for one or more modules, defining goals, execution plans, and success metrics
• Anticipate risks, identify testability gaps, and drive continuous improvements in quality and efficiency
• Build and maintain functional, performance, and security automation tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and reliable releases
