🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Collaborate with product manager and designer on roadmap and strategy.
• Ensure delivery pipeline flows predictably and sustainably.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience in software engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with ability to be hands-on.
• Experience with delivery forecasting and capacity planning.
