Requirements

• Mid-senior career experience in Polish payroll operations
• Experience in multi-country or global payroll environments
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and statutory reporting
• Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Proficient in payroll tools and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in compliance with regulations
• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions
• Act as subject matter expert on country payroll requirements
• Support implementation of payroll services in new jurisdictions
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues
