You'll lead all service operations at a Carvana dealership, overseeing a team of up to 40 to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Your core impact is driving operational excellence and continuous improvement through lean principles. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead service operations to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Oversee daily performance reviews and implement action plans for KPIs.
- Manage facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and safety compliance.
- Partner with Parts Manager to improve workflow and reduce cycle times.
๐ Requirements
- 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Proven track record of leading and developing associates.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles; Toyota Production System a plus.

- Understanding of OEM warranty policies and recall processes.
- Experience with Kaizen or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficient computer skills and data analysis ability.
