You'll lead all service operations at a Carvana dealership, overseeing a team of up to 40 to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Your core impact is driving operational excellence and continuous improvement through lean principles. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead service operations to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Oversee daily performance reviews and implement action plans for KPIs.
  • Manage facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and safety compliance.
  • Partner with Parts Manager to improve workflow and reduce cycle times.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing associates.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles; Toyota Production System a plus.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of OEM warranty policies and recall processes.
  • Experience with Kaizen or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient computer skills and data analysis ability.
