🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver L2/L3 support across macOS, Google Workspace, and networking
• Design and implement automation using Bash or JavaScript
• Manage device lifecycle, provisioning, and MDM administration
• Maintain and evolve internal knowledge base documentation

📋 Requirements

• Up to 5 years experience in IT support or infrastructure roles with macOS expertise
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Comfortable writing code in at least one language (e.g., Bash, JavaScript)
